Help - Logon

 

This is the Logon screen and it is used to enter Internet Banking.

To Logon you must enter your Customer Number and Access Code as follows:

    1. Customer Number
    Please enter your Customer Number using numbers on the keyboard. Do NOT enter your Customer Number using letters in the scramble pad below.

    2. Access Code
    Please enter your Access Code using the letters from the scramble pad below that correspond to your numeric Access Code.

Scramble Pad
For added security the Access Code may be entered using the letters from the randomly generated scrambling pad that correspond to the numeric Access Code. The alpha characters are scrambled to different numbers each time you logon so that each logon appears unique. This provides you with protection both from someone watching you enter your Access Code as well as from software which may be installed on the computer that can record keystrokes.

Account Blocking
If you enter the incorrect Access Code three times, your account will be blocked. You will need to contact Customer Service to have your account unblocked before you can access internet banking.

Forgotten Access Code
Please click Forget Password Button if you have forgotten your Access Code.
